Use of this website does not by itself complete a firearms transfer; all transfers remain subject to applicable federal, state, and local law, identity verification, background checks where required, and in-person completion at our licensed location.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. You represent that you are legally permitted to receive the services you request and that information you provide is accurate and complete. We may refuse service to anyone who does not meet legal requirements or whose conduct creates safety, compliance, or business concerns.
3. Accounts and security

4. Transfer requests and appointments
- Submitting a transfer notification does not guarantee acceptance of a shipment or immediate availability for pickup.
- Prior notice is required for transfers. Fees, storage charges, and surprise-delivery penalties described on our site may apply.
- Appointment times offered through the site are subject to availability and may be rescheduled.
- You must bring valid government-issued photo identification and satisfy all legal requirements before taking possession of any firearm.
5. Fees and payment
Transfer, gunsmithing, and other service fees are listed on our website or quoted in person. Prices may change without notice. Payment is due when services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Posted fees do not include taxes, shipping from third parties, NFA tax stamps, or other government charges.
6. Text messages
If you opt in to receive SMS updates, you authorize Fister Firearms to send text messages to the mobile number you provide regarding your transfer or related transactional notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services except where needed to deliver the communications you request. 7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, interfering with site operation, scraping data without permission, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may block abusive traffic and cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.
